Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping/Laundry Tech to join our team! In this role, you'll help maintain a warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere for our residents — from spotless rooms to fresh, clean linens. This isn't just a cleaning job — it's a meaningful role where you'll brighten lives every day.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities
• Collect, wash, dry, and fold laundry, including linens and resident clothing
• Distribute clean laundry to appropriate areas and resident rooms
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Handle clothing and linens with care and respect
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents
• Work alongside a supportive and compassionate team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience (especially in healthcare or long-term care — a plus, but not required!)
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and push carts
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• A positive, friendly attitude and genuine desire to serve others
• Compassion, respect, and care for the elderly
• Team-oriented and dependable
