Location: Secaucus, NJ – Corporate Headquarters
Department: Warehouse / Maintenance
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Full-Time | 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $21.00–$23.00

Artistic Tile is seeking an experienced, dependable employee to join our Housekeeping & Maintenance Team at our Secaucus headquarters. This position is responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning throughout assigned areas.
• Maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and warehouse spaces.
• Assist with general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, spackling, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance.
• Identify and report facility maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping and maintenance experience required.
• Industrial or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic carpentry skills required.
• Painting, spackling, and drywall experience a plus.
• Snowplow experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
