Housemaid

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housemaid to join our family and ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our home along with daily tasks.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Assist with general janitorial responsibilities like waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and deep cleaning areas periodically.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles demonstrating strong cleaning skills.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure all spaces are spotless and well-maintained.

Pay: £15.00-£22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stafford ST20: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
