Key Responsibilities

• Replenish room supplies and maintain service pantries.
• Collect, deliver, and organize clean and used linen.
• Assist Room Attendants with extra beds, baby cots, furniture, and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, stairs, lifts, and Housekeeping areas.
• Remove rubbish and keep garbage areas clean.
• Handle guest requests professionally and report issues to Supervisors.
• Follow Housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
• Support other Housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma, vocational certificate, or above.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Service-minded, responsible, and a good team player.
• Able to perform active duties.
• Flexible to work shifts according to hotel operations.
