About the Role:

PARKVIEW HOSPITALITY LLC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Houseman to join our team in California, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hospitality-driven environment where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness make a real difference in every guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and common areas
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from hallways, floors, and public spaces
• Set up and break down furniture, equipment, and event spaces as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, supply closets, and back-of-house areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with luggage or other needs
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and assist room attendants during high-occupancy periods
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality support roles preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
