We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Houseman to join our team at Jupiter, Florida. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, residents, and staff. Our mission is to foster and provide unprecedented levels of genuine care and customer service for our community's Rehabilitation and Nursing needs, in a soothing, tranquil, and state-of-the-art environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of patient and staff areas, including but not limited to bathrooms, common areas, and corridors
• Vacuum and mop floors, dust and polish furniture and fixtures, and perform other janitorial duties as needed
• Assist with trash removal and recycling
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
