DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of designated buildings, common areas, offices, and facilities within ECVI’s premises.

2. Promptly sort, handle, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, notices, and billing statements of accounts to residents, tenants, or specific departments.

3. Ensure that cleaning supplies, equipment, and basic facility utilities in assigned areas are properly managed, safely stored, and replenished as needed.

4. Identify and immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage within designated areas to management or the maintenance team.

5. Strictly adhere to the Company’s health, safety, and sanitation protocols while executing all manual and custodial tasks.

6. Perform other related operational duties, administrative runs, and special tasks as may be delegated or determined needed by the management or authorized representatives.

Pay: Php505.00 per day
