Housing Engineer

• Supervise and manage site construction activities from project start to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, plans, and specifications
• Monitor land development works from construction phase through to unit turnover
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure works are implemented in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company construction standards (San Mateo, Teresa, Binangonan projects)
• Oversee site organization, including proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower; ensure site safety and cleanliness at all times
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and ensure availability of required materials and tools
• Provide technical recommendations and propose improvements to optimize project execution
• Prepare and process project documentation, including Certificates of Completion and Acceptance
• Conduct warranty inspections and coordinate necessary rectification or corrective works
• Prepare and submit Engineer’s Inspection Reports and other required reports to the Construction Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT/S

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in land development or horizontal construction, with exposure to structural and architectural works
• Knowledgeable in the National Building Code, workplace safety, and health protocols
• Strong coordination and relationship management skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and site personnel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software (e.g., AutoCAD; familiarity with design tools is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willing to be assigned and travel across project sites in Marikina and Rizal (Teresa, San Mateo, Binangonan)
