Salary: £26,095.80 - £26,189.80 per annum (pay award pending)

Hours: 35 hours per week (including evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

Based: London Road, Derby

This is more than a housing role.

You'll be the steady, trusted presence for people living in our supported accommodation - helping them move from simply having a place to stay, to building the confidence, skills and independence to truly live well in their own home.

You'll balance people-focused support with excellent housing practice, ensuring homes are safe, tenancies are well managed, and people are empowered to thrive.

A calm professional in challenging situations, and a positive role model. Someone who sees strengths, not just needs.

What we're looking for;

• Someone who can build trusting, respectful relationships with people of different ages and backgrounds
• Experience within a housing or support based role
• An understanding of, and commitment towards the principles of safeguarding
• The ability to communicate effectively with the people we support, with colleagues, and with professionals
• Someone solution-focused, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
