What they need
Job Summary
Responsible for the leasing of apartments in accordance with policies and procedures set by management. Assists in development & placement of advertising. Reviews all rental applications, determines eligibility and maintains waiting list. Shows apartments, collects rent and handles all move-in/move-out procedures. Coordinates with maintenance and cleaning personnel to ensure quality work and to maintain physical asset. Responsible for special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Education or Experience
Preferred candidate will have a High School diploma/GED and minimum of one year of managerial experience. Ability to work within a budget. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
General Work Schedule and Wage
Monday thru Friday
Full-Time: 32 hours/week
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
