Housing Supervisor

• Supervise and manage daily Housing/Camp Operations.
• Maintain accurate housing records and ensure proper documentation.
• Deal professionally with camp residents and address their concerns effectively.
• Clearly communicate and explain company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Monitor and coordinate housing-related activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the housing team.
• Demonstrate strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Housing/Camp Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional and respectful approach when dealing with camp residents.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
