Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housing & Employment Specialist to join our Seattle team. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with in-person client meetings across King County. The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders, and is passionate about helping people achieve stability and independence.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in the community (homes, coffee shops, shelters, etc.) to provide direct support
• Assist clients with housing searches, applications, and landlord communication
• Support clients with job readiness, applications, and interview preparation
• Develop and implement individualized Housing Stability Plans and Employment Plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services provided in compliance with Medicaid FCS requirements
• Build relationships with landlords, employers, and community resources
• Participate in ongoing trainings and agency meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders required
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in the community
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to professional ethics

Job Type

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid: Remote + Client Meetings in the community (Seattle/King County)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $47,840– $60,000 per year
