About The Role Dwelling is looking for a licensed real estate agent that is interested in supplementing their career with extra cash by providing on-the-ground customer service to Dwelling customers that are touring homes in the Greater Houston Area. Your license can be hung with your existing broker while having the opportunity to contribute to the future of real estate w/ Dwelling.

• Accept tour requests in your area based on your availability.
• Schedule, plan, and coordinate home showings with Dwelling customers.
• Deliver customer feedback to the Dwelling team to inform product development.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Member of your local Board of Realtors, MLS, and Keybox access - responsible for your own dues.
• A buoyant and self-aware personality - enthusiastic and customer-focused.
• Available to accommodate up to 20+ tours/week.
• Active real estate license.
