JOB DESCRIPTION – HP & FLEX PRINTER OPERATOR

Department: Printing & Graphic Design
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: 10th/12th/Any Graduate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HP and Flex Printing Machines as per production requirements.
• Prepare and check print files, dimensions, colours, and media settings.
• Printer Software awareness for printing commands.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality printing with minimum wastage.
• Monitor ink levels, print quality, alignment, and machine performance.
• Handle flex, vinyl, and other printing media properly.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic printing/machine-related issues.
• Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Finishing teams.
• Follow company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in HP & Flex printing machines.
• Knowledge of printing materials, inks, colours, and print settings.
• Basic computer and printing software knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work as per production targets and timelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
