JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Menangani pertanyaan (inquiries) dari pengguna.
- Memandu pengguna terkait fitur aplikasi, melakukan troubleshooting masalah, mendokumentasikan kasus, dan melakukan eskalasi isu teknis ke tim terkait.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan).
- Wajib mampu berbahasa Inggris (mandatory).
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang Call Center/Customer Support minimal 1 tahun (mandatory)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, troubleshooting, dokumentasi, serta mindset pelayanan pelanggan (customer service mindset).
