该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责HPC（High Performance Computing）域控制器软件的架构设计、开发、集成与维护。 2、根据客户需求完成软件方案设计，并推动需求分析、架构设计、编码开发、测试及交付。 3、负责应用层、中间件或平台软件开发，支持SDV（Software Defined Vehicle）平台建设。 4、负责QNX、Linux或Android Automotive平台的软件集成、调试及问题定位。 5、与系统、BSP、HMI、ADAS、功能安全、网络安全及测试团队开展跨部门协作。 6、负责软件集成、性能优化、系统稳定性分析及疑难问题攻关。 7、参与客户技术讨论、架构评审及技术方案输出，支持项目顺利交付。 8、指导和培养研发团队成员，提升团队技术能力。 9、推动软件开发流程优化，提升研发效率和软件质量。 Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software for Automotive HPC Domain Controllers. Analyze customer requirements and drive software development from architecture design to implementation, testing, and delivery. Develop application software, middleware, or platform software for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platforms. Perform software integration, debugging, and issue analysis on QNX, Linux, or Android Automotive platforms. Collaborate closely with system, BSP, HMI, ADAS, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and validation teams. Optimize software performance, system stability, and overall product quality. Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer communications. Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership. Continuously improve software development processes and engineering best practices. 任职资格 1、英文可以作为工作语言。计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、8年以上汽车嵌入式软件开发经验。 3、精通C/C++开发，具备良好的软件架构设计能力。 4、熟悉Linux、QNX等嵌入式操作系统。 5、熟悉AUTOSAR（Classic或Adaptive）架构。 6、熟悉Android Automotive（AAOS）开发者优先。 7、熟悉CAN、LIN、Ethernet、SOME/IP、DDS、IPC等通信技术。 8、熟悉Bootloader、BSP、驱动开发及系统启动流程。 9、熟悉Git、Jenkins、Jira、Codebeamer等研发工具及CI/CD流程。 10、熟练使用GDB、Trace32等调试工具，具备较强的问题定位能力。 11、熟悉ISO 26262功能安全、ISO/SAE 21434网络安全者优先。 12、具有OEM或Tier1项目开发经验者优先。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines. At least 8 years of embedded software development experience in the automotive industry. Strong programming skills in C/C++ with solid software architecture capabilities. Good knowledge of embedded Linux and/or QNX. Familiar with AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive Platform. Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) is a plus. Familiar with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, DDS, and IPC technologies. Experience in Bootloader, BSP, device drivers, and platform bring-up. Familiar with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Codebeamer, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using GDB, Trace32, and related tools. Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 is preferred.
