🚀 We’re Hiring: HPC Engineer – L3 | Singapore

Alphaeus is looking for experienced High Performance Computing (HPC) Engineers to support enterprise HPC infrastructure.

📍 Location: Singapore

📄 Contract: 1 year, renewable

💰 Salary: SGD 11,000 per month

👥 Openings: 4

What you’ll do:

• Implement, configure and maintain HPC clusters and parallel filesystems.

• Manage Linux administration, performance tuning and complex troubleshooting.

• Support monitoring, patching, security, backup and disaster recovery.

• Automate operations and provide technical guidance, documentation and user training.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Minimum 10 years of Linux/UNIX experience , preferably RHEL.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with HPC clusters, job schedulers and parallel filesystems .

✅ Experience with Slurm/PBS, Lustre/GPFS/BeeGFS and InfiniBand .

✅ Bash/Python scripting and configuration-management experience, such as Ansible.

✅ Exposure to cloud, virtualisation, containers and GPU computing.

✅ Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience supporting university or research computing environments is preferred.
