PLC & HMI Troubleshooting
Electrical Control Panels
VFD / Servo Drives
Injection & Clamping Systems
Hydraulic Circuit Troubleshooting
Lubrication & Cooling Systems
HPDC Auxiliary Equipment
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Breakdown Reduction
Machine Reliability & Continuous Improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure maximum HPDC machine availability
Minimize breakdowns and improve MTBF / MTTR
Diagnose & resolve critical electrical, hydraulic and automation issues
Execute preventive & predictive maintenance plans
Analyse recurring failures and implement permanent solutions
Maintain HPDC auxiliary systems and equipment
Drive machine reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Production & Engineering teams for smooth operations
