【Job Description】

• Setup standard capacity of production line
• Setup standard production resource(4M1E) of production line & data maintenance.
• Improve FPY
• Analysis and improvement of customer complaints.
• Training of production line personnel and elimination of abnormal conditions
• Preparation of MOI & SOP
• Writing of analysis reports
• Good communication skills, able to participate in internal and external meetings

【Qualifications】

• More than 1 year working experience in SMT process
• Can cooperate with three shifts and holidays.
• Strong execution, obedience and high discipline, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.
• English level equal to TOEIC 500+
