HQA Engineer

1. Handle NPI/transfer project to meet customer & applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Establish New/transferred product Testing /Inspection Procedures/Inspection Criteria/Work Instruction
   Establish reliability test program to ensure Product Life meeting customer requirements.
3. Plan & perform Product evaluation tests for new project/alternative source or changes applicable to the Product
4. Follow Up issues arose during Control runs  to ensure new/transferred product is developed for manufacturing.
5. Prepare testing/Inspection procedure and previous failure history and transfer to PQC/OQC engineers.
6. Learning periodically on test methodlogy widely employed through co-operational laboratories, competitors,  international specification and regulatory and deploy into test plan.
7. Prepare required documents as per QMS, customer specific and/or regulatory requirements along NPI stages.
8. To provide training to QC Engineers/Leader/Inspectors during development transition to production stage.
9. To handle all maintenance activities of testing facilities.
10. To handle & control all new /transferred fixed asset with PUR & Finance depts.(Upon assigned as Fixed assest controller)
11. To perform any tasks as assigned by superior.

Authorities:

1. To accept or reject the Transferred/NPI Samples inspection submission for customer approval.
2. To prepare new product mass production release Report for superior approval

Position Requirement:

-At least 2 years in Quality Assurance for transferred/ new Product Introduction, Reliability, Safety and EMI test field.

-Experienced in studying Product specification & applicable test standards to establish Product Test Plan/Specification/Inspection procedures.

-Well experiences and practiced in Product Quality & Reliability Testing

-Well practice with QC 7 Tools, 5 Core Tools, 8D, Capabilities studies.

-Understanding and hands on with ESD S20.20 Compliance std will be an advantage.
