About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, experienced and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both Human Resources and Accounts functions, including payroll, statutory contributions, taxation-related documentation, SST, e-Invoice, staff administration, bookkeeping and general accounting matters.

Candidates with hands-on knowledge of Malaysian SST, LHDN e-Invoice, payroll and tax matters will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Payroll

• Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions and staff claims.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, attendance, leave, medical leave and personnel files.
• Handle staff onboarding, confirmation, resignation and termination documentation.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, show cause letters and other HR-related correspondence.
• Assist with preparation and submission of HR-related statutory documents including EA Form, Form E, CP22 and CP22A.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline and compliance with company policies.
• Handle recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.
• Assist Management in employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.

SST, e-Invoice & Tax

• Handle and monitor SST matters, including relevant records, documentation and submission requirements.
• Have practical knowledge of Malaysia LHDN e-Invoice requirements and procedures.
• Prepare, issue and maintain proper records of e-Invoices where applicable.
• Handle or assist with self-billed e-Invoice, consolidated e-Invoice and supporting documentation where required.
• Ensure accounting documents comply with current e-Invoice requirements.
• Assist with corporate tax documentation, tax schedules and supporting records requested by tax agents or LHDN.
• Assist with PCB, withholding tax and other tax-related documentation where applicable.
• Prepare documents and supporting schedules for audit, tax and statutory compliance purposes.
• Keep updated on changes to Malaysian SST, e-Invoice, payroll and taxation requirements.
