About the role

HR Accounting role responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, and billing functions within the HR department.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, and Cash Monitoring
• Monitor Expense Monitoring and Reimbursements
• Prepare and check payroll and employee deductions
• Perform accounting and administrative tasks
• Monitor and supervise HR/Admin staff when required

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course
• Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Billing is an advantage
• Competent in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in preparing and checking payroll and employee deductions
• Knowledge of government reportorial requirements (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) is an advantage
• Attention to detail, accurate, organized, and trustworthy
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Preferably situated nearby (Tanauan, Sto. Tomas, Malvar, Calamba, etc.)
