HR, Admin, & Compliance Lead

Job Summary

• We are working with a listed HK garment company looking for a HR professional to lead their manufacturing team in Thailand.

Job Description

• Lead, coach and hold accountable the HR, Administration and Compliance teams across all Thailand sites, building clear ownership, consistent standards and strong succession coverage.

• Assess the capability, conduct and performance of the HR, Administration and Personnel teams; clarify roles and decision rights, address gaps promptly, and take fair corrective or development action where standards are not met.

• Monitor and report actionable HR indicators, including headcount, vacancies, hiring yield, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, labor cost, payroll accuracy, grievances, training and audit performance.

• Lead high-volume recruitment for production workers and targeted hiring for technical, supervisory and management roles, ensuring speed, quality, fairness and full documentation.

• Direct day-to-day HR and administration operations across four manufacturing facilities, ensuring reliable service delivery to a large, predominantly daily rated workforce.

• Build constructive employee and industrial relations through visible site presence, effective Welfare Committees, responsive grievance handling, fair disciplinary processes and timely resolution of disputes.

• Ensure compliance with Thai labor, social security, immigration, occupational safety and health, data privacy and other employment-related legal requirements across all sites.

Requirement:

• 8 years+ experience in HR generalist function, prefer in manufacturing sector

• Proven experience in team leading

• Proficiency in English and Thai is a must.

• Must be familiar with the labor ordinance in Thailand
