HR ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to gain hands-on exposure in HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and reports
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Attend to staff enquiries regarding HR matters
• Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
