HR Admin Assistant

Location: KDC Plaza Building Don Chino Roces Avenue Pio Del Pilar Makati City

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, screen initial applications, post job vacancies, and coordinate candidate communication.

201 Files & Records: Maintain, update, and organize physical and digital 201 files (employee records), ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.

Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as an HR point of contact for other departments to relay updates, collect required documentation, and resolve administrative inquiries.

General HR Admin: Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics, prepare HR documents, and support employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Office Administration (BSOA), BS Business Administration (HRM, Management), or any related course.
• Experience: 1–2 years of HR or administrative support experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good communication skills for liaising across teams.
