HR Admin Assistant

6months to 1 year contract (extendable/convertible)

Monday to Friday Office hours

Location: West of Singapore (Buona vista / Redhill )

Job Description :

• Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including contract changes, renewals, transfers, and incentive processing
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and deliver timely, accurate services aligned with established SLAs
• Maintain accurate trackers and data to support reporting, productivity analysis, and operational insights
• Support process improvement through documentation updates, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and project participation
• Partner stakeholders and management to enhance service delivery, provide on-site support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirement :

• Min Diploma in HR, Business or any related field
• 1 year of relevant experience / no exp but with related field of study are welcome!
• Comfortable with fast pace environment
