Key responsibilities

• Suggest and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates
• Review applications, evaluate potential candidates and assist with reference checks
• Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers
• Support basic payroll administration, attendance tracking and employee record management
• Assist with onboarding and help new employees settle into their roles
• Build positive workplace relationships and support a collaborative team environment

About you

• Minimum GCE A-Level or local diploma qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals or candidate screening is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple tasks and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
