HR / Admin Associate

🚀 We're Hiring: HR Associate & Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys both HR and administrative work? Join our team and play a key role in supporting our people, operations, and workplace management.

What You'll Do:

✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
✅ Monitor attendance and assist in employee performance tracking
✅ Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and business permit requirements
✅ Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative processes
✅ Coordinate office maintenance and facility management activities
✅ Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and reporting
✅ Provide administrative support to the HR/Admin Manager and Operations team
✅ Handle other HR and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2. 1–3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
3. Familiarity with Philippine government compliance and labor regulations is an advantage
4. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
