HR Admin

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions; experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and basic HR practices.
• Experience in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, payroll preparation, and employee records management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
