- Mengelola data pekerja dan administrasi HR
- Mengelola dan memonitor Outsourcing
- Membuat Laporan HR untuk Manajemen
- Mengelola komunikasi antar pekerja dan manajemen, masalah pekerja dan konflik
- Mengupdate pengetahuan tentang peraturan ketenagakerjaan
- Mengelola dan mengkoordinir kegiatan safety dan keamanan pabrik
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Public Relations with a minimum GPA of 2.80 out of 4.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
- Able to work in a team with good communication and coordination.
- Service-oriented and able to interact with internal and external parties.
- Meticulous, neat, and concerned with work quality.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to analyze problems
