HR Admin

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, staffing, or manpower agencies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and employment documentation is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to handle confidential employee information.
• Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee and applicant records, including personal information, contracts, and employment documents.
• Prepare employment contracts, job offers, onboarding documents, and other HR forms.
• Coordinate the deployment of workers to client companies.
• Assist employees with HR concerns, inquiries, and requests.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
• Ensure employee documents are complete and properly filed.
• Assist in government-mandated employment documentation and compliance.
• Support other administrative and HR activities as assigned.
