About the role

Berlin's Doner Kebab is Thailand's leading Doner Kebab chain, with 17+ branches and more opening. This is a hands-on HR role running the whole HR function: hiring, payroll, work permits, attendance and staff support. It suits someone organized, accurate with numbers, and able to keep a monthly routine running.

Key responsibilities

• Post jobs, screen candidates, arrange interviews, prepare contracts, and onboard new staff
• Prepare monthly payroll, check attendance and deductions, handle salary advances, and prepare payment files in K-Biz and K-Cash for approval
• Work with agency on work permits, visas, 90-day reporting and renewals for foreign staff, and track all expiry dates
• Upload branch schedules to ByteHR, check errors, and follow up with staff on corrections
• Prepare monthly SSO, SLF and PND1, register new staff with SSO, and send files to Accounting
• Keep the employee database and leave records accurate and confidential
• Be the first contact for staff questions and support managers on discipline, probation reviews and staff conversions
• Prepare monthly payroll, attendance and headcount reports for management

About you

• 3+ years in HR, payroll or HR admin, with a relevant bachelor's degree
• Experience running a full monthly payroll on your own, including SSO and PND1
• Experience hiring staff — posting jobs, screening and interviewing
• Experience with work permits and visas for foreign staff
• Good knowledge of Thai labour law
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, working with large files)
• Thai and English, spoken and written
• Careful with detail, and able to keep salary and personal data confidential
• A plus: ByteHR experience, and F&B, hospitality or retail with multiple locations
