HR Admin

About the role

Join TSM' as a full-time HR Admin based in Klang, Selangor. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth running of the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
2. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
3. Coordinating training and development activities for employees
4. Processing payroll, leave, and benefits administration
5. Providing support to the HR team on various HR-related projects and initiatives
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
7. Assisting with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist role
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
3. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
