HR Admin

JOB DESCRIPTIO:

• Manage employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor daily attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower reports.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee deployment.
• Prepare payroll and attendance-related documents.
• Coordinate employee requirements, IDs, clearances, and site documentation.
• Assist with employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with Project, Admin, and HSE/Safety teams regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and project requirements.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, solar, engineering, or project-based companies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll documentation, recruitment, and employee records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on a project site.
