HR Admin

Must Have

• 2–3+ years of complete HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in HR documentation and employee records management.
• Experience in HR policy creation, implementation, and administration.
• Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in employee engagement and retention activities.
• Experience in employee onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
• Experience in team handling / HR team leadership.
• Good knowledge of HRMS/HR software and maintaining employee records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• BPO/KPO or 24/7 work environment experience will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working with rotational/night shifts, if required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Important Requirement

The candidate must be a complete HR Generalist who can independently manage the HR department. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to recruitment or talent acquisition will not be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
