HR Admin

We’re Looking for an HR Admin!

We’re looking for someone HR Admin can start immediately on September.
Who is comfortable handling HR & administrative matters, foreign worker documentation, and government-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR & administrative matters.
• Handle foreign worker documentation, permits and related matters.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities.
• Outside work related government or management assigned for go outside.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or Administration.
• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with Chinese and Singaporean employees.
• Willing to travel for external and government-related matters (own transport required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Willing to work overtime during peak or busy period
