What they need
- Memeriksa mesin absensi (fingerprint/face recognition) setiap hari untuk memantau kehadiran, keterlambatan, atau ketidakhadiran karyawan.
- Mengirimkan rekapitulasi data absensi, lembur, dan potongan kehadiran kepada bagian payroll (penggajian) setiap akhir bulan agar gaji karyawan dapat dihitung secara akurat.
- Bertugas melaporkan pelanggaran atau penurunan kinerja karyawan untuk selanjutnya dibuatkan Surat Peringatan.
- Membantu HR Generalist dalam proses menyusun Training untuk Karyawan.
