HR Admin

Responsibilities:

1. Serves as the primary contact for team members regarding HR administration and ensures accurate and detailed record-keeping.
2. Familiar with Talenta or other HRIS software to monitor attendance and manage HR-related data efficiently.
3. Able to coordinate effectively with the head office and across departments regarding HR administration, and handle correspondence with labor offices (Disnaker), BPJS, and other third parties.
4. Maintains high integrity, ensuring the confidentiality of personal and payroll data.
5. Systematic thinker with strong organizational skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Hospitality Management, or Human Resources Management, with at least 1 year of experience in HR Administration/Personnel. Fresh graduates with a minimum of 6 months OJT/Daily Worker experience in hotels are also eligible.
2. Familiarity with hotel HR systems such as Talenta/HRIS and VHP is a plus.
3. Capable of managing hotel employee administration, including attendance, leave, contracts, personal data, and basic labor regulations.
4. Able to monitor daily attendance, overtime, work rosters, leave, and employee permissions.
5. Understands basic payroll calculation (base salary, service charge, overtime, BPJS) and can calculate staff service charge based on cut-off periods.
