HR Admin

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Admin to join our team and support daily Human Resources operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation accurately.
• Assist in managing employee attendance, leave records, and preparing HR-related reports.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of relevant documents.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and other HR-related documents as required.
• Assist with payroll-related matters and ensure employee information is updated accurately.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Perform any other HR-related duties and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
