HR ADMIN

• Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business and office operations.
• Involve in general HR and Admin tasks : example : preparing name cards, shell cards, uniform distributions, phone lines, vehicle insurance, manage inventories etc.
• To source quotations from different suppliers in order to get the best pricing and quality of supplies and services.
• Arrangement/Coordinate HR Orientation to new employees
• Training – Assisting in coordinating of in-house and external training programs, training plan, and maintaining records
• To perform any other duties as appointed by the HOD/HR Executive from time to time.
• Managed end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees and statutory payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (MTD)
• Support daily Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and training coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent.
• Preferably fresh graduates
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Office
• Required language: English and Malay
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and able to work under minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in the Employment Act.
• Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and processes
