Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
• Travel within Bangalore for office-related purchases and requirements
• Purchase and arrange office-related supplies and materials
• Coordinate and manage receptionist-related activities
• Support basic office infrastructure and administrative requirements
• Coordinate with employees and vendors for office-related needs

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of HR administration and office infrastructure management

✔ Ability to handle receptionist and front-office coordination

✔ Willingness to travel within Bangalore when required

✔ Language proficiency: Kannada, English, and Hindi

✔ Good organizational and multitasking skills
