HR Admin

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive HR Admin who is willing to perform fieldwork and assist in managing manpower operations at our client company. ‎ ‎Job Responsibilities: ‎ ‎- Monitor employee attendance, daily time records (DTR), and work schedules. ‎- Coordinate with deployed employees, supervisors, and client representatives regarding manpower concerns. ‎- Assist in recruitment, applicantp screening, interviews, and deployment of personnel. ‎- Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, incident reports, and other administrative documents. ‎- Monitor employee absences, tardiness, staffing shortages, and replacement requirements. ‎- Conduct site inspections and employee consultations when necessary. ‎- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures. ‎- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned. ‎ ‎Qualifications: ‎ ‎- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course. ‎- With good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. ‎- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary. ‎- Flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently. ‎- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage. ‎- Experience in manpower services, recruitment, or employee monitoring is an advantage. ‎ ‎Important Requirement: Applicants must be willing to perform both office-based administrative tasks and field assignments as required by manpower operations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tacloban, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Preferably: 1 year (Preferred)
