HR Admin

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Support recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare employee documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and basic payroll data.
• Manage staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Assist in coordinating training, meetings, and HR activities.
• Handle basic HR enquiries from staff in a professional manner.
• Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• SPM leavers, interns, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage but not compulsory.
• No prior working experience required (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
