HR Admin (Contract)

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, processes, programmes, and initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and staff to provide efficient and value-added HR services and support.
• Manage and execute HR processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
• Ensure HR services and activities comply with policies, relevant legislation, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and records in accordance with established procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in HR, Business, or a related discipline (Fresh grads are welcomed).
• Able to manage high-volume HR activities efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and meticulous.
