Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and update HR database/system
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Support employee relations and handle basic HR enquiries
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge of MOM employment regulations and HR practices
