HR / Admin Executive

HR EXECUTIVE JOB SCOPE:

• Handle day-to-day office & site administration.
• Monitor attendance & payroll related information.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, databases & filing systems.
• Manage local & foreign worker including permit, passport, FOMEMA, CIDB administration.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding & exit of employees.
• Manage training  & development of employees.
• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary matters & HR policy implementation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

ADMIN EXECUTIVE JOB SCOPE:

• Handle day-to-day office administration.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, databases & filing systems related to property management.
• Support billing & payment collections.
• Liaise with local authorities for property related matters.
• Ensure all assets management operations comply with local statutory requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Property Management or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 Years experience in construction or property field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act, or Malaysian property laws.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written). Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good attention to details, hardworking, self-motivated, effective time management and a good team player.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel within Penang.
