HR Admin Executive

1) Employee Relation:

• Communicate Company policies & procedures to all employees
• Handle employee grievances and administer disciplinary procedures

2) Admin/Purchasing :

• Implement a Prudent and cost effective system of purchasing goods and services
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and assets control

3) Recruitment:

• In-charge of all staffing activities including sourcing, interview, selection, and orientation.

4) Training & development :

• Oversees internal training & development activities in Penang

5) Other Functions

• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• To initiate the Non-conformity report (NCR) where necessary and to support the subsequent corrective actions (CAR) if require.
• To identify opportunity for improvement in quality and cost of the Administration.
• To undertake other projects and activities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Posses excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition.
• knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
• Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
• 5.5 weekly work days
• Willing to work at Sepang, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
