HR ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of HR experience, with a track record of success in various HR functions.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin(Advantage).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Willingness to work in Kapar, Selangor.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in Human Resource functions, including payroll management for staff & workers.
• Handling recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Handling all employees comply with HR policies.
• Handle HR-related matters, such as leave records, attendance tracking, and staff welfare.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Liaise with HODs and Line Managers in planning, executing, and organizing training programs, including applying for training grants.
• Conduct preparations for company events.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
