HR Admin Executive

About you

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration; fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or WPS Office
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and employees
• Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave applications, medical certificates (MC) and employee information
• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding
• Collect, verify and prepare monthly attendance and payroll-related information for management review
• Monitor probation periods, contract expiry dates and other HR deadlines
• Coordinate HR matters with branch offices and management
• Handle general administrative duties and maintain proper document filing
• Ensure employee information and company documents remain confidential
