HR ADMIN EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

· To carry out general administration and office maintenance related tasks.

· Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

· Assist in payroll preparation and processing.

· Assist in all scopes related to HR and Admin field.

· Possess at least UEC, SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Able to communicate in English and Malay.

ADMIN EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• To follow the complaints procedures and to receive, log and attempt to resolve complaints received from customers with a view to the continuous improvement of our services
• To liase with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or higher academic qualifications.
• Good in communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Possess own transportation.
• Working location: Kuching, Sarawak.
